Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms govern your use of KraftedMail, available at kraftedmail.com (the "Service"). KraftedMail is a product of Korvantis Technology Ltda, a limited company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 62.266.286/0001-09, based in Santa Rita do Sapucaí, Minas Gerais ("Korvantis", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent ("you").
1. What the Service does
KraftedMail is software for business-to-business outbound email. It imports the contacts you provide, researches public information about each contact and their company, drafts a short sequence of personalized emails for you to review and edit, sends the approved emails from mailboxes you connect, and detects replies. Contacts without enough public material are held back instead of receiving a generic message.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done under your account, including by users you invite.
3. Acceptable use
KraftedMail is built for low-volume, individually researched business email. You agree that you will:
- comply with all laws that apply to your emails and your contact data, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, CASL and the Brazilian LGPD, and have a lawful basis for contacting every person you import;
- only email people in a professional capacity about matters relevant to their role;
- keep the unsubscribe link that the Service adds to every email, and never contact again anyone who has opted out;
- identify yourself and your business truthfully in every message.
You may not use the Service for bulk or mass marketing, consumer marketing, purchased or scraped lists obtained unlawfully, phishing, impersonation, deceptive claims, or any content that is illegal, harassing or infringing. You may not attempt to bypass sending limits, access other customers' data, or reverse engineer the Service. We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, and we may refuse to prepare or send any message.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to the contacts, content and settings you put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service for you. For personal data in Customer Data, you are the controller and we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated drafts are provided for your review; you are responsible for what you choose to send.
5. Usage credits and payment
The Service is paid in advance with usage credits. Credits are shown in US dollars and are consumed by the research and writing work the Service performs for you; the Service shows an estimate before each run and itemizes every charge in your account statement. Sending email, reading websites and importing contacts do not consume credits.
If you order ready-made prospecting mailboxes, their price is shown before you confirm and is paid from your credits: the first year of the domain and the first month of the mailboxes at purchase, then the mailboxes monthly and the domain yearly, on their due dates. If your credits do not cover a renewal, those mailboxes stop sending until you top up. A domain, once registered, cannot be refunded; mailboxes you remove stop being charged from the next renewal.
Credits can only be used for KraftedMail features in the account that bought them. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and cannot be withdrawn, except for refunds under our Refund Policy. Credit purchases range from US$10 to US$10,000.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment. Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
We may change the price of the work the Service performs with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never affect work already performed.
6. Third-party services
The Service connects to mailboxes you authorize (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) and uses third-party providers for AI models, web research and payment. Your use of your mailbox provider remains subject to that provider's terms. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time from your settings.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused credit balance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvantis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these terms. Sections 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.
